1. About us

oddvana.com is run by Oddvana. You can contact us at hello@oddvana.com. "We", "us" and "our" mean Oddvana; "you" means the person buying.

These terms apply to every order placed on this site by consumers in the UK. Please read them with our Delivery, Returns and refunds and Privacy pages, which form part of them.

2. Your order and our contract

When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it and your payment. Our contract starts when we confirm your order. If we can't accept your order (for example, an item has sold out at the warehouse, or a price was clearly wrong), we'll tell you and refund you in full straight away. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is shown before you pay. Payments are taken securely by Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Klarna or Clearpay. We never see or store your full card number. If you pay with Klarna or Clearpay, their own terms also apply to your payment plan.

If a price on the site is obviously wrong, we're not obliged to sell at that price, but we'll always contact you first and give you the choice to buy at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Some pages may show a one-off offer after you've paid, or a suggested extra at checkout. These are always optional. If you take an after-purchase offer with a saved card, it's charged as a separate order, shown clearly before you tap, and has the same rights as any other order.

4. Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Pictures are for illustration and colours can look slightly different on screens. Many of our gifts are novelty items: please follow any age, safety or care guidance on the packaging, and keep small parts away from young children.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Please allow 7 to 10 working days. If we don't deliver within 30 days of your order (or any date we've agreed), you can treat the contract as ended and get a full refund. Full details are on our Delivery page. The items are your responsibility once they've been delivered to the address you gave us (or a safe place you chose).

6. Cancelling and returns

You can change your mind and return most items within 30 days of delivery. Faulty, damaged or wrong items are covered by your legal rights. See Returns and refunds for how it works and the few items that can't be returned for a change of mind.

7. Offers, codes and Odd Points

Discount codes and offers can't be swapped for cash, can't be used together unless we say so, and may have an end date or a minimum spend, which we'll show. Odd Points are a free loyalty reward with no cash value. We may change the Club or Odd Points with reasonable notice, and points earned on an order that's refunded are removed. We may cancel codes or points that are used fraudulently.

8. Our responsibility to you

If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for domestic and private use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.

9. Reviews and content

Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We only invite reviews from verified customers, we show good and bad reviews, and we may remove reviews that are offensive, unlawful or unrelated to the product. Everything on this site (text, design and pictures) belongs to us or the people we license it from.

10. Events outside our control

If something outside our reasonable control (such as severe weather, courier strikes or a warehouse failure) delays your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can and do what we can to reduce the delay. If it's a long delay, you can cancel and get a refund for anything not delivered.

11. General

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies to that order. If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest still apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your own courts, and the mandatory consumer law of where you live still applies.
